NIGHT GUARD

Having trouble with grinding teeth?  Do not worry a Night guard can be your best friend.  Night Guards are used to create a cushion between the teeth in order to protect them from the damage caused by grinding.  Teeth grinding which occurs mostly during sleep can be caused by stress or development of teeth in younger children.  The condition causes the jaw muscles to tighten which in turn causes the lower and upper teeth to grind against each other.  This condition can cause damage to the jaw, headaches, and of course damage to the teeth.
